Product Returns (RMA)
All JWS products ( except consumables / batteries etc. ) have a One year return-to-base warranty*. Should you need to return a product you must contact JWS for an official RMA number and then fill out the following RMA form which must be sent back with the returned items. JWS will not process any return without an accompanying RMA number.

*A return to base warranty on a piece of hardware is one that requires the owner to return it to the retailer or the factory for service.
